When you submit the audit intake form, we collect what you enter: your brand name, Amazon Japan listing URL(s), monthly revenue band, primary market, and your description of what you believe is broken. That's it.

Form submissions are delivered to us by email via Formspree, which processes the submission on our behalf. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

We use what you submit to prepare your audit and to follow up about it. We don't sell it, share it, or add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.

This site runs no tracking beyond basic analytics, if any. If you want your submitted information deleted, email us and we'll delete it.
